Research activities are paramount in the Department. The Department’s faculty have been consistently producing research in history, law, economics, sociology, statistics, linguistics and translation studies. Research in the Department currently focuses on a number of interdisciplinary research projects, each of which involves researchers and professors from different scientific backgrounds, working together with an interdisciplinary approach. Research feeds into quality teaching, while, in its turn, teaching stimulates research.
